Hi there, I'm Alice (she/her) 

I'm a mother, former preschool teacher, and private nanny with over 15 years of experience working with children. After having a baby in 2024, I saw first-hand how the early postpartum period can be beautiful but also challenging, confusing, and vulnerable. 

I decided to pursue postpartum doula work because it felt like a natural extension of my passion: working alongside parents to support their families. My role is tailor-made with each client to find what their specific needs are; because every household is so unique. I'm committed to providing support that is intersectional, and equitable for families in all the different ways they exist; I believe change for a better world begins in the community, and that protecting our community's most vulnerable is paramount, which is a long-winded way to say that I am fully vaccinated!

You can often find me reading a novel, or daydreaming about writing one myself.

I am excited to bring some more doula support to the North Shore and Balfour area.
